Request Account & Data Deletion
You have two options to request the deletion of your Boomerang account & personal data
Through the Boomerang App:
- Open the Boomerang Loyalty app.
- Ensure you are logged in to your account.
- Navigate to Profile → Account Details.
- Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Submit a Request Form:
Alternatively, you can complete the form below.
Please make sure the details you provide match your account information. We will send a confirmation email to the address provided. To help us process your request, please ensure that the email body starts with the following text: “Request for data deletion”.
Once we receive your confirmation, we will proceed with your request within 30 days.
If we are unable to verify your identity, we will not be able to process your deletion request.
